Our story
Rice & Broth began in September 2021 in the humble city of Troy, Alabama. Our restaurant development is fueled by the energy to cook and serve Vietnamese signature dishes to our guests. We built Rice & Broth with the explicit expectation of being as close to the traditional tastes of Pho and other Asian dishes in Viet Nam.
When Viet, Rice & Broth’s owner, was searching for the perfect balance in a bowl of Pho in the States, he realized many Americans love Vietnamese cuisine, yet most of the ingredients that make Asian food are run-of-the-mill. Therefore, our menu promotes many beloved Asian cuisines with their traditional tastes and fragrant flavors without the suffocating, mild, misleading, and overwhelming departed seasonings.
We take pride in providing our customers with an experience with extraordinary-tasting Vietnamese-inspired nourishment that is not authentic at other Vietnamese eateries in the States. We are sure that you will find Rice & Broth a favorite choice for a fantastic meal with your loved ones.

We only use the best-quality noodles, meat, vegetables, and herbs. Our dishes are made fresh daily, from the farmers who mill and produce our rice noodles to the chefs who put passion and care into each bowl of Pho.
